  • Desire to learn all aspects of the waterworks industry.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
  • Willingness to travel throughout New England, New York, and the Midwest during training.
  • Completed physical, background checks, drug screen, and signed non-compete agreement.
  • Possible recruits are high school graduates, colleges, trade schools and people looking to start a new career.

  • One-year paid program (receive bi-weekly paychecks).
  • On-the-job training in all areas: warehouse/delivery, service work, sales, estimating, and management.
  • Travel New England, New York, and the Midwest (expenses paid).
  • Housing and meals to be provided at remote training locations.
  • Free health insurance.
  • Guaranteed job placement upon successful completion of the program.
