The University of Prescott is an apprentice program designed to help candidates become proficient in the following industries: Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, and Erosion Control. This is a paid one-year apprenticeship program that covers many aspects of Team EJP’s operations. Training will occur mostly in field locations, including manufacturing visits. There will be some classroom training as well. Topics include safety, inside and outside sales, service work, estimating, and other related industry tools. Willingness to travel is required. We pay students to learn, and qualified students are guaranteed a job at the end of the one-year program.
Candidates who complete the program are assigned to a location or position that best fits the individual students’ gifts and talents, and how they relate to helping Team EJP grow. EJP is located in the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, Ohio, and Indiana.
We are looking for anyone with a good work ethic, willingness to travel, and willingness to LEARN. Potential candidates are asked to pass a pre-employment drug screening, complete a physical examination, and a criminal background check. If you are mechanically minded, like working with people, and are looking to build a career, then this is the program for you!
