Manager Training Program
EJP has implemented a Manager Training Program. The purpose of this program is to seek, find and train ambitious people who are interested in a career in the water, sewer, drain and gas industry.
The program will last for 12 to 18 months and will cover all aspects of company operations. Training will take place at several company locations through out New England and will require flexibility for overnight travel averaging several nights a month.
Successful graduates will be assigned to a location (or locations) offering immediate opportunity to practice what they have learned and earn an excellent base salary plus profit sharing, 401K, incentive programs, and tuition reimbursement.
